Coach Joe began his martial arts journey in 2009 with Jeet Kune Do before evolving into boxing, Muay Thai, and K1. With about a decade of Muay Thai experience, Coach Tyler has dedicated himself to the development and application of striking martial arts both inside and outside the ring. Early in his career he competed in multiple fight promotions, gaining firsthand experience in the demands of high-level competition and refining the skills that now form the foundation of his coaching philosophy. Today, he channels that experience into coaching athletes and mentoring a competitive fight team - helping students build technical proficiency, mental toughness, and the discipline required to succeed at every level. His approach emphasizes strong fundamentals, strategic fight preparation, and continuous personal growth. In addition to his work in martial arts, Coach Tyler applies his combat sports background to law enforcement training, focusing on practical skills, performance under stress, and real-world application.

Teaching Saturday morning Striking for over two years, Joshua considers it a privilege to give back to the community that shaped him.

He believes that with humility, consistency, and a willingness to learn, there's no goal too big to achieve.
